Headquartered in Munich, Germany, Allplan is part of the Nemetschek Group which is a pioneer for digital transformation in the construction sector.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze our Business Operations systems and processes, find what can be automated, and build and implement those automations yourself.\nDrive AI-based automation of order management and order processing workflows, from simple ETL pipelines to agentic integrations.\nAct as the central contact for all ERP-related digital initiatives, including our move from Microsoft Navision to Microsoft Dynamics 365, working closely with Business and IT.\nDevelop and maintain interfaces (APIs and similar) between ERP, CRM (Salesforce), and other connected systems.\nImprove data quality through automated validation workflows and reduce manual effort across the team.\nRoll out automation solutions from Germany to our international entities and support the change management, so colleagues understand and adopt new ways of working.\nReport directly to the Head of Global Business Operations and work with a team of 19 colleagues worldwide.\nSupport daily operations during peak periods, such as half-year and year-end closing.\nYour Focus Areas\nOrder Processing\nContract Management\nLicense Delivery across our legal entities\nCustomer Service\nRequirements\nHands-on experience automating processes in CRM and ERP environments.
