You make sure every production happens on time, on budget, and without surprises.\nThis is a hands-on, on-set role based in San Francisco.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn production logistics end-to-end once a project is scoped, from pre-production through shoot and wrap\n\nBuild and manage production budgets, track actuals against estimates, and flag overages early\n\nBook and manage crews, talent, locations, equipment, and vendors, primarily in San Francisco\n\nRun casting when a project calls for it, including sourcing talent and managing talent agreements and releases\n\nHandle permits, insurance certificates, location agreements, and other production paperwork\n\nBuild call sheets, shooting schedules, and run-of-show documents, and keep them current as things change\n\nRun the set on shoot days: manage the schedule, keep crew and talent on track, and solve problems as they come up\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBased in the Bay Area (required)\n\n3+ years of production or line producing experience at a production company, agency, studio, or in-house creative team\n\nStrong experience managing budgets, schedules, and production logistics\n\nExperience booking crew, cast, locations, vendors, and rentals\n\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\n\nCalm, proactive, and dependable under pressure\n\nA clear communicator who works well with clients and teams\n\nA strong team player who takes ownership and follows through\n\nBonus Points\nExperience producing for tech startups or working directly with founders\n\nExisting relationships with crews, vendors, and
