In a short time, we’ve gone from zero to partnering with Amazon, top VCs, and some of the most ambitious startups in the world.\nNow we’re looking for a Brand Designer to lead the creation of bold, modern brand identities and websites for high-growth startups. You’ll join a small, focused team where your work has direct impact on how tomorrow’s companies launch and scale.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the development of brand identities from concept through execution, including logos, typography, color systems, and full brand guidelines\n\nDesign websites in Figma that translate brand strategy into strong digital experiences\n\nCreate client-facing design assets across pitch decks, marketing collateral, social graphics, launch materials, and other brand touchpoints\n\nExtend brand systems across real-world applications to ensure the work feels cohesive beyond the initial identity\n\nPresent and communicate work directly to clients, helping them make confident creative decisions\n\nBalance multiple design explorations with high-level craft and attention to detail\n\nPartner with creative directors, strategists, and PMs to ensure design outcomes align with client goals\n\nDrive visual consistency across brands, websites, decks, and marketing design projects\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-4 years of experience in brand design (agency or studio preferred)\n\nA strong portfolio that showcases:\nBrand identities created from scratch (not just refreshes or marketing visuals)\n\nWebsite design that feels modern, clean, and built for tech/startup audiences\n\nConfidence in client communication -
