Cloud","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-28T06:19:57Z","employer_posted_date":null,"last_verified_at":"2026-10-28T06:19:57Z","board_verified":false,"closed_at":null,"days_open":9,"trust":{"level":"not_scored","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":9},"description":"岗位职责:\n\n1、负责电商商城核心订单中心全链路架构设计、迭代升级与落地实施，涵盖订单创建、支付、履约、发货、退款、售后、关单等全流程场景，完成技术选型、架构方案输出、核心模块设计，输出架构图、技术规范、落地文档，保障订单系统高可用、高并发、强一致性、可拓展，支撑商城日常下单、大促峰值秒杀等核心业务场\n\n景。\n\n2、主导订单中心复杂业务场景、性能瓶颈及线上稳定性问题攻坚，针对性解决大促流量峰值、订单重复提交、超卖漏卖、支付异步回调异常、订单状态不一致、履约超时、退款卡顿等核心问题，制定长效优化方案持续提升订单链路响应速度、承载能力与交易稳定性。3、搭建并完善商城订单中台架构与技术规范，统一订单模型、状态机、流转规则、接口标准，推动订单服务拆分、组件化、服务化升级，沉淀订单通用能力组件(订单创建、状态流转、库存锁定、分单履约、对账结算等)，支撑商城多品类、多渠道、多场景订单业务快\n\n速迭代。\n\n4、深度对接商城业务、运营、供应链、支付、仓储物流等上下游业务线，精准拆解订单业务需求，结合电商业务发展规划开展架构预研与技术迭代，提前规避订单系统技术债务，适配新业务模式、新营销玩法，支撑商城业务规模化增长与业务创新。\n\n任职要求:\n\n统招全日制本科及以上学历(学信网可查)，计算机或相关专业，5-10年Java后端开发经验;熟练掌握 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / MyBatis/Redis/MQ等常见技术栈，有模块组件设计经验有资金类系统、对账系统、ERP/财务系统等相关业务场景落地经验，熟悉交易账、台账、清结算账对应关系;\n\n熟悉BI系统或常见对账模型与流程(内部账对外部账、三方通道对账、差错处理、补账与追单机制等);熟悉MySQL或分布式数据库架构设计及SQL性能优化，有大数据量账务场景经验优先;\n\n掌握分布式事务、幂等、补偿机制等系统技术;具备Cloud
