Together, we are committed to delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that empower our clients and foster professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative workplace.\nWe are on the lookout for a 3D Artist to join our Design Department.\nResponsibilities:\n3D Asset & Graphic Creation: Create high-quality 3D assets, icons, graphical elements, environments, and characters for product needs, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.\n3D Pipeline & Rendering: Model, texture, light, and render 3D assets based on project and campaign requirements.\nBrand Identity & Visual Style: Maintain and evolve a consistent visual style across different projects, brands, and formats.\nBrand Alignment & Consistency: Develop visuals that are aligned with the brand and maintain visual consistency.\nConcept & Creative Development: Contribute to the development of visual concepts and creative solutions.\nBrief Interpretation & Execution: Interpret design briefs and references and turn them into visually compelling 3D assets.\nIdeation & Brainstorming: Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and concept development.\nIndustry Trends & Skill Evolution: Stay updated with relevant 3D design trends, tools, and techniques.\nRequirements\n2+ years of professional experience in 3D design and modeling, supported by a strong portfolio\nProficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max\nStrong modeling skills and ability to work effectively with references\nSolid understanding of texturing, lighting, and rendering\nExperience with Redshift, Octane, or other rendering engines\nGood understanding of composition, visual storytelling, and brand consistency\nProficiency in Photoshop and experience with post-production of 3D renders\nAttention to detail and ability to follow briefs while suggesting creative ideas\nGood communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment\n\nNice to have:\nAnimation or motion design skills\nExperience with digital marketing projects\nBenefits\nRecharge your batteries with 20 paid working vacation days annually to explore, relax, and rejuvenate.\nKick off your birthday month with a bang!
