internal teams\nProvide accurate information regarding products, services, policies and procedures.\nDocument customer interactions and maintain records of issues and resolutions.\nFollow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed to their satisfaction.\nMaintain knowledge of product updates and promotions\nContribute to team efforts and collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.\nAchieve customer satisfaction targets and service level goals.\nAny Duties assigned by Line Manager\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public relations or equivalent\n2-3 years experience in the betting industry\nFluent in written and spoken English and Kiswahili.\nProficient in using a computer and navigating multiple software programs simultaneously\nExceptional communication skills\nHigh degree of empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated customers.\nStrong problem solving and analytical abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve
