Together, we are committed to delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that empower our clients and foster professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative workplace.\nWe are on the lookout for a Senior System Engineer to join our Engineering Team.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Engineering & Transformation: Help evolve Infrastructure & Operations toward a platform engineering model.\nWorkflow Automation & Standardization: Standardize and automate infrastructure workflows and reduce manual provisioning.\nCore Capabilities & Provisioning: Build reusable infrastructure capabilities for databases, messaging, secrets, DNS, compute, monitoring, and application environments.\nInternal Tooling & Lifecycle Management: Develop internal tooling, APIs, and declarative workflows for infrastructure lifecycle management.\nEcosystem & Tooling Integration: Improve integration between Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, secrets management, databases, and observability systems.\nArchitectural & Technical Design: Participate in architecture and technical design of platform and infrastructure services.\nReliability & Performance Engineering: Improve reliability, scalability, and operational simplicity of production infrastructure.\nTroubleshooting & Incident Investigation: Investigate complex infrastructure and production issues across Linux, networking, applications, and distributed systems.\nObservability & Diagnostics: Improve observability, diagnostics, and troubleshooting capabilities.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development, DevOps, SRE, DBA, Security, and Infrastructure units.\nDocumentation & Best Practices: Standardize common infrastructure solutions and document how they should be implemented and used.\nTechnology Innovation & Developer Experience: Evaluate and introduce technologies that improve developer experience and infrastructure efficiency.\nRequirements\n5+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering or similar roles.\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.\nGood understanding of production infrastructure, networking and distributed systems.\nHands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.\nPractical experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management, using Terraform, Ansible or similar tools.\nExperience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation workflows.\nProgramming or strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Java, Bash or similar.\nExperience with monitoring and observability systems.\nUnderstanding of secrets management and secure infrastructure access patterns.\nExperience integrating infrastructure systems through APIs.\nAbility to design reusable infrastructure solutions instead of one-off automation.\nStrong systems thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex cross-system issues.\nAbility and willingness to learn new infrastructure and platform technologies.\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with GitOps approaches and tools.\nExperience with Crossplane, Kubernetes operators or controllers.\nExperience with Vault or similar secrets management platforms.\nExperience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis or ClickHouse.\nExperience with Proxmox, VMware or public cloud platforms.\nExperience developing internal infrastructure tools, APIs or self-service capabilities.\nSoft Skills\n\nStrong analytical thinking and technical curiosity.\nOwnership and responsibility.\nPragmatic approach to automation and engineering.\nAbility to work independently on ambiguous technical problems.\nGood communication and documentation skills.\nWillingness to remain hands-on and share technical knowledge.\nBenefits\nRecharge your batteries with 20 paid working vacation days annually to explore, relax, and rejuvenate.\nKick off your birthday month with a bang!
