to leadership.\nResponsibilitiesMarketing Infrastructure & Tech Stack\nOwn, administer, and continuously improve the marketing tech stack — MAP, CRM, intent data, enrichment, and more\n\nEvaluate, onboard, and integrate new tools as the business scales\n\nMaintain data integrity across all systems: deduplication, normalization, and routing logic\n\nDocument all processes, workflows, and system configurations\n\nPartner with IT and Security on procurement, SSO, and data compliance requirements\n\nLead Scoring & MQL Management\nDesign, implement, and iterate on behavioral and demographic MQL scoring models\n\nDefine and own the lead lifecycle: from raw inquiry through MQL, SAL, and SQL\n\nBuild and maintain lead routing and assignment rules in partnership with Sales Ops\n\nMonitor score decay, conversion rates, and funnel velocity — optimize continuously\n\nEstablish SLAs between Marketing and Sales for lead follow-up and feedback loops\n\nSystem Integrations\nOwn the MAP-to-CRM integration (Marketo or HubSpot) and ensure bi-directional sync reliability\n\nManage integrations with third-party tools: intent platforms (6sense, Bombora), enrichment (Clearbit, ZoomInfo), chat, webinar, and events tech\n\nPartner with RevOps on attribution modeling and multi-touch reporting\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration failures and data sync issues proactively\n\nReporting & Analytics\nBuild and maintain dashboards for pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and funnel metrics\n\nOwn marketing's relationship with the data warehouse — work with BI/Data teams to ensure clean marketing data feeds\n\nProvide weekly and monthly reporting to marketing leadership on MQL volume, conversion rates, and velocity\n\nSupport quarterly business reviews with pipeline attribution analysis\n\nCampaign Operations\nPartner with Demand Gen to build, QA, and deploy campaigns across email, paid, and lifecycle channels\n\nOwn email deliverability, list hygiene, and database health\n\nManage operational compliance: CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA opt-in/out workflows\n\nRequirements\n5–8 years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related role in B2B SaaS\n\nExpert-level experience with Marketo or HubSpot (certification preferred) and Salesforce CRM\n\nHands-on experience building or significantly rebuilding an MQL scoring model\n\nStrong understanding of lead lifecycle design, funnel metrics, and attribution methodologies\n\nExperience managing complex MAP-to-CRM integrations and third-party tool connections\n\nComfortable with SQL or working alongside data/BI teams to pull and validate data\n\nHighly organized and process-driven — you document everything\n\nStrong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical
