As our Enterprise Account Executive, you will partner with executive leadership at top Indian organisations to unlock the power of data and AI using Neo4j’s industry-leading data intelligence platform.

What You’ll Do
- Grow the India Market: Lead strategic account planning and execution across a high-value portfolio of large enterprise customers alongside high-growth greenfield prospects.
- Drive High-Impact Sales Cycles: Execute value-based, consultative sales strategies (MEDDPICC) across C-level, Line-of-Business, and Chief Data/AI Officer stakeholders.
- Land & Expand: Balance hunting new enterprise logos with driving workload expansion within established accounts-scaling adoption into new business units and high-value use cases.
- Partner with Cloud Ecosystems: Co-sell and align strategic account plans with local hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
- Orchestrate High-Performance Squads: Align internal Pre-Sales Engineering, Field Marketing, and Customer Success resources to qualify, scope, and deliver impactful Proofs of Value (POVs).
- Maintain Sales Rigor: Drive predictable forecasting and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce.com.
What You’ll Bring
- Location Requirement: This role is only open to candidates based in Mumbai as you will be required to regularly meet with customers and partners located there.
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a direct focus on selling complex data platforms, cloud infrastructure, analytics, or enterprise software into the India market.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing multi-year enterprise deals ($500k-$1M+ ACV) into major customers.
- Methodology mastery & expertise in structured sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message) navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong existing relationships across C-suite executives, enterprise data architects, and line-of-business owners across large enterprise customers.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling modern cloud-native database platforms, distributed systems, analytics infrastructure, or AI/ML technologies.
- Experience co-selling alongside public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and major consulting partners in India.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers, partners and teams as required.
