We created, drive and lead the graph database category, and we’re disrupting how organizations leverage their data to innovate and stay competitive.\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n7 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical architecture role.\nExperience in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure technologies.\nExperience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing both technical stakeholders and executive leaders (C-level) during complex sales cycles.\nExperience driving technical discovery and value-based selling to map enterprise business goals to technical architectures.\nLocation: Candidates based in Mumbai or Bangalore will be prioritised.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.\nDeep expertise in graph database technologies (e.g., Neo4j) along with knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Linkurious).\nProven experience building joint GTM solutions and co-selling with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators.\nIndustry expertise within highly regulated sectors such as Banking & Financial Services, Telco, and Government.\nAbout the job\nAs a Solutions Engineer, you will be a key driver of Neo4j’s growth by shaping technical solutions that address complex enterprise challenges. You will serve as the technical authority during the pre-sales lifecycle, moving beyond standard product demonstrations to architect robust, value-driven graph database solutions.
