You will oversee the design, build and modernisation of applications on Google Cloud Platform. You will work closely with client teams and US leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across both regions.\n\nWhat You Need:\n\n- 8+ years in software engineering, with deep exposure to building enterprise-grade applications in cloud environments\n\n- 5+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record in global, cross-border delivery set-ups\n\n- Strong grounding in software architecture, including cloud-native design principles and modern engineering practices\n\n- Practical command of core GCP services: App Engine, Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage and Kubernetes\n\n- Hands-on skills in Java, Python or Node.js, with familiarity in frameworks such as Spring Boot or Django\n\n- Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences\n\n-
