Our industrial automation solutions include sensor technologies and intrinsically safe explosion protection. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional customer care within an assigned territory while identifying and developing qualified sales opportunities for the Field Sales team.\nKey Responsibilities\nInteract daily with customers via phone and email\nTake ownership of assigned territory and provide proactive customer support\nManage territory accounts, including order entry, credits, and rebills\nMonitor open order reports and proactively resolve delays in the order-to-cash process\nPartner closely with Technical Support, Area Sales Managers, and Account Managers as part of the sales cockpit team\nAttend customer calls and key account meetings focused on improving performance metrics\nResearch and resolve customer discrepancies\nUpsell and cross-sell products to expand business opportunities\nRecord new sales opportunities in Siebel (CRM)\nParticipate in weekly shop floor meetings, product training, and sales improvement sessions\nMaintain accurate records and professional communication\nCross-train team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment\nPerform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nMinimum of 5 years of customer service or sales experience\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment\nProfessional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues\nAre you excited about this opportunity?
