As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position:\nSenior Quality EngineerRole Purpose:\nIn this position, the Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for the professional management of (potential) product deviations, to perform internal audits and reviews (product & production processes) to ensure continuous improvement, avoidance of reoccurrences, reduction of rework and scrap rate.\nTo support company vision and strategies\n\nTo support collaboration within the area of responsibility and at interfaces\n\nFulfil QM global strategic goals:\nProfessional management of (potential) product deviations\n\nReduction of rework & scrap rate\n\nImplementation of sustainable corrective actions and preventive measures\n\nRole Responsibilities:\nManage and coordinate (potential) product deviations\n1. Risk assessment and prioritization of (potential) product deviations\n2. Application of problem-solving methods\n3. Moderation and delegation of work packages to subject matter expert\n4. Consolidation of results and decision marking for immediate actions and corrective/ preventive measures\n5. Escalation of complaints\n\nLeading projects to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality\n\nConduct product and production process audits\n\nConduct reviews and releases for NPI and product transfers from different production locations\n\nApplication of improvements across all production areas\n\nTraceability of product and production process\n\nManage and coordinate delivery, production and store locks as well as rework and scrap activities\n\nOther tasks as assigned by manager\n\nRole Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in quality assurance, Electronics, Industrial Engineering\n\nMinimum 5 years direct quality working experience\n\nFamiliar with production processes applied for industrial sensors and process automation devices\n\nRoot cause analysis and problem solving methods\n\nIPC Standards/ certification is of advantage\n\nProcess knowledge of SMT processes is of advantage\n\nAre you excited about this opportunity?
