Part of this information only exists in Cvs, using very different formats and terminology.\n\nYour goal will be to use AI and Machine Learning to transform this unstructured data into reliable, standardized and actionable information.\n\nYou will have the opportunity to work directly with our CTO, supported by our technical team.\n\nTech Stack: Python, LLMs, Huggingface, PyTorch, Langchain/Lang Graph, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Search, MLflow, REST APIs.\n\nYour mission\n\nDuring this internship, you will work on:\n\nAutomatically extracting and enriching information from Cvs to build structured candidate profiles;\n\nNormalizing skills, roles and experiences despite variations in terminology;\n\nDetecting inconsistent, missing or outdated data;\n\nEvaluating the quality and confidence level of AI-generated data;\n\nImplementing semantic search and matching between candidate profiles and job descriptions;\n\nStatistically analysing our candidate database to extract useful recruitment insights;\n\nExperimenting with LLMs, embeddings, RAG and specialized models.\n\nA particular focus will be placed on traceability: any information generated by AI should be understandable, verifiable and correctable.\n\nYour profile\n\nYou are a final-year student in IT / Data / AI\n\nYou are curious, passionate about AI and Machine Learning, and enjoy experimenting\n\nYou also like to measure and evaluate whether what you build actually works\n\nYou are comfortable communicating and explaining your work, both verbally and in writing\n\nYou are comfortable working in both French and English\n\nNice to have:\n\nYou have interesting personal projects on GitHub\n\nYou have already experimented with LLMs, RAG, embeddings or Machine Learning models\n\nYou enjoy memes and Gifs to brighten up the day! \n\nWhy join NEOFACTO\n\nIf you want to be well supported: our experienced and friendly team will always make time to help you\n\nIn terms of professional development, you will gain valuable skills by working alongside IT experts\n\nWe work with up-to-date technologies, so you will always stay ahead of the curve!\n\nAnd let's not forget about our great atmosphere!
