Perform installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting.\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Repos, Git, Pipelines). Write and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python.\n\nManage and configure Ansible for infrastructure automation, and build resilient environments using IaC principles (Terraform, Ansible).\n\nDeploy and manage infrastructure and applications across both AWS and Azure platforms. Perform extensive Linux system administration and maintenance.\n\nMonitor platform health, ensure high system reliability and security, and troubleshoot issues proactively using tools such as Splunk.\n\nCreate clear, accurate architecture and deployment diagrams for complex solutions.\n\nPartner with cross-functional development and operations teams to elevate platform standards, optimize delivery processes, and stay up to date with Kafka and DevOps best practices.\n\nProfile\n\nProven experience with Apache Kafka in large-scale production environments, including deep knowledge of Kafka architecture, internals, and the Confluent ecosystem (Confluent Kafka & Confluent Cloud).\n\nAdvanced expertise in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Git).\n\nStrong Bash scripting skills (Python is a strong plus) and advanced Linux system administration proficiency.\n\nHands-on experience with Ansible and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.\n\nHands-on experience deploying and managing resources on both AWS and Azure.\n\nFamiliarity with modern DevOps tooling (Splunk, GitHub, Nexus, Jira) and monitoring practices.\n\nAbility to design and document clear system diagrams, with a strong grasp of cloud and DevOps security best practices.\n\nHands-on exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a definite plus.\n\nEffective communication skills with a collaborative team mindset.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.\n\nOur offer\n\nWorking in a Great Place to Work based in Luxembourg\n\nAttractive salary and pretty cool benefits (meal vouchers, mobile subscription...)\n\nDevelop your skills and ideas over a coffee, a beer or a pizza during our Neo'vations\n\nEvolve within a strong company culture, you'll join us for the opportunity and you'll stay because we're super cool (well according to 98% of our employees NEOFACTO Annual Survey 2024)\n\nBetween afterworks, innovative workshops and ski weekends, there's never a dull moment when you're part of the Neo'Squad\n\nRecruitment Process\n\nThe pre-qualification interview with our Recruitment Manager\n\nReceipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement\n\nProposal of your application to the client\n\nInterview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person\n\n About NEOFACTO:\n Created in 2000, NEOFACTO is a major player that supports companies in their digitalization.
