You will work closely with business representatives and development teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance system sustainability, and deliver quantifiable business value.\n\nMissions\n\nConduct end-to-end investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of business goals, objectives, functions, and processes, along with their underlying data structures.\n\nIdentify and define functional and non-functional requirements to improve business processes and systems, optimize costs, enhance sustainability, and quantify expected business benefits.\n\nCollaboratively create and iterate on viable specifications and user acceptance criteria to prepare complex information and communication systems for seamless deployment.\n\nAct as a primary liaison with business representatives, facilitating workshops, gathering key requirements, and maintaining strong collaborative relationships throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nPartner closely with software engineering and design teams to translate business needs into robust technical requirements for complex IT applications.\n\nProfile\n\nBachelor's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited university. An MBA or PhD is highly preferred as an additional qualification.\n\nProven, solid experience in business analysis, system design, and software development lifecycles (SDLC) for complex IT applications.\n\nExceptional comfort and competence in facing business representatives and directly collaborating with senior stakeholders.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\n\nHigh degree of team spirit, proactivity, adaptability, and critical thinking.\n\n About NEOFACTO:\n Created in 2000, NEOFACTO is a major player that supports companies in their digitalization.
