Software Developer (Java & Angular)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (Java & Angular focus) to join a dynamic, multicultural project supporting critical public services.

 

 

Missions

• Design, develop, test, and deploy resilient web applications, portals, reusable components, and enterprise libraries using Java 17+ / Spring Boot 3+ on the backend, alongside modern front-end frameworks (Angular).

• Partner closely with Technical Leads, Business Analysts, QA Testers, and architectural boards to analyze requirements, refine technical specs, and ensure end-to-end architectural coherence.

• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications across on-premises environments and modern cloud container infrastructure.

• Guarantee application quality and security through automated unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and adherence to institutional security protocols (OIDC/OAuth2).

• Modernize data flows and cross-system communication using REST/SOAP APIs and distributed event streaming.

 

Profile

• Deep proficiency in Java 17 (or Java 21+) and core ecosystem frameworks, including Spring Framework 6.x, Spring Boot 3.x, and JPA / Hibernate.

• Solid working experience with modern JavaScript enterprise frameworks, with a primary focus on Angular.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Web Services (RESTful APIs, SOAP) and asynchronous event-driven messaging using Apache Kafka.

• Proven track record with JUnit / TestNG and mocking libraries like Mockito.

• DevOps & infrastructure :

  • Build & Versioning Tools: Maven, GIT.

  • CI/CD & Cloud Pipelines: Azure DevOps or equivalent.

  • Containerization & Cloud Deployment: Docker and cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure).

• Solid understanding of enterprise authentication and authorization standards.

• Outstanding communication skills, ability to operate in complex multi-stakeholder environments, and fluent professional command of English.

• Practical experience with MicroServices integration frameworks.

• Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement

• Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
