Salesforce Leadership\nSalesforce Strategy & Roadmap\n\n- Act as the APAC lead for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, driving optimization initiatives that directly support Neogen’s commercial strategy.\n- Develop a deep understanding of APAC business processes and identify opportunities where Salesforce capabilities can enhance productivity, visibility, and customer engagement.\nProject Ownership & Delivery\n\n- Lead complex cross-functional Salesforce projects from requirements through rollout and hypercare.\n- Manage backlog, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate sprints aligned to APAC business priorities.\n- Serve as the APAC escalation point for all Salesforce-related needs.\nTeam Leadership\n\n- Lead onshore and offshore Salesforce business analysts, admins, and architects.\n- Provide clear direction, oversee execution quality, and support development of team capabilities.\nRequirements, Design & Integration\n\n- Gather and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and site visits.\n- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflow designs.\n- Collaborate with other application teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.\nChange Management & Training\n\n- Facilitate UAT, coordinate release evaluations, and drive rollout communication.\n- Develop training materials and deliver training across APAC teams.\nInnovation & System Enhancements\n\n- Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend adoption to advance APAC commercial execution.\n- Ensure that all enhancements align with corporate governance and global architecture direction.\n2. Regional IT Operations\nRegional IT Liaison\n\n- Serve as the primary escalation contact for IT operations in APAC in coordination with Corporate IT.\n- Ensure communication of regional requirements and provide updates on IT-related changes that impact APAC teams.\nIT Standards & Governance\n\n- Enforce global IT standards across APAC and ensure adherence to change management processes.\n- Track APAC-relevant IT enhancements within the global IT portfolio.\nCrisis & Incident Coordination\n\n- Own the resolution process for regional IT operational crises by engaging global service owners and local partners.\n- Maintain visibility of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application issues affecting the region.\nStakeholder Engagement\n\n- Engage regional business leaders to understand IT operational needs and ensure seamless coordination with corporate IT.\n- Provide consolidated updates on IT-related activity affecting APAC.\nSkills & Competencies\n·Strong technical mastery of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud\n·Advanced business analysis and problem-solving capability\n·Clear, structured communication and stakeholder management\n·Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams\n·Strong execution discipline and project leadership\n·Cultural awareness and collaboration across APAC markets\n·Understanding of enterprise IT operations, standards, and governance (secondary)\nQualifications\n·Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience\n·5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Product Owner in a global environment\n·3+ years of Salesforce configuration/implementation experience\n·Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred\n·Experience collaborating with IT infrastructure, digital, and security teams is an advantage\n·Experience working in APAC markets (Korea, Japan, China, Thailand) preferred\nCome Be Part Of A Mission that Matters!From inside the farm gate to our dinner plates, Neogen protects the world’s food supply.
