You'll develop essential technical, analytical, and leadership skills as you help drive projects from initial planning through execution.\nTravel Requirements: 20-30% travel is required for this position.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport Capital Project Management: Assist in managing a capital project, ensuring activities align with established objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.\nDrive Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.\nMonitor Project Scope: Track project requirements and support scope management efforts to identify and prevent unnecessary changes.\n Build Stakeholder Relationships: Identify key project stakeholders and develop a Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) matrix to support clear communication and accountability.\nTrack Budgets and Schedules: Monitor actual and projected project costs, establish baseline schedules, track milestones, and help develop recovery plans when delays occur.\n Support Change Management: Gain exposure to Management of Change (MOC) processes and help ensure project activities follow established procedures.\n Measure Project Performance: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project progress against established goals.\nIdentify Risks and Opportunities: Proactively assess potential project challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and execution.\nCommunicate Results: Prepare clear, concise project updates and reports for department leaders and management.\nWhat You'll Gain\nAt Neogen, we believe the best learning happens through experience.
