In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the maintainability, reliability, and availability of our equipment through proactive maintenance and testing procedures.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform scheduled maintenance on equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime.\n\nTest equipment for performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.\n\nTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.\n\nReplace old or faulty electrical components and equipment.\n\nProvide technical support and training to staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment.\n\nComplete preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and reduce unplanned downtime.\n\nBe available to work weekends and overtime as required to support operational needs.\n\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.\n\nInitiative to contribute ideas and actions to cut costs and increase production.\n\nMust be “hands on” and be able to work unsupervised.\n\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
