wireless and campus network environments, handling L2+ escalations, and ensuring network availability, performance, and security.\n\nMandatory skills :\nCisco DNAC / Catalyst Center, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (9800 Series), Cisco Access Points, Cisco ISE, SD-Access (SDA), Cisco Catalyst Switches, Routing & Switching, VLAN, STP, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, AAA, RF Troubleshooting, Wireless Optimization, Network Troubleshooting, Incident Management.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\nManage and support enterprise wireless infrastructure and Cisco-based campus networks.\nHandle L2+ escalations related to wireless, LAN, Cisco DNAC, and network connectivity issues.\nConfigure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) environments.\nManage Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (9800 series preferred), Cisco Access Points, and Cisco Catalyst switches.\nConfigure and troubleshoot Cisco ISE integration, authentication, authorization, and access policies.\nSupport and troubleshoot Cisco SD-Access (SDA) architecture and network segmentation.\nPerform wireless health analysis, RF optimization, coverage assessment, and interference troubleshooting.\nResolve issues related to client onboarding, wireless roaming, authentication, DHCP, DNS, and application visibility.\nImplement network automation, device provisioning, and configuration management using DNAC workflows and templates.\nPerform software upgrades, patching, configuration backups, and network lifecycle management.\nTroubleshoot routing, switching, VLAN, and wireless connectivity issues using logs, packet captures, and network diagnostic tools.\nCoordinate with OEM Technical Assistance Center (TAC) teams and internal stakeholders during critical incidents.\nParticipate in network design reviews, migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure transformation projects.\nPrepare and maintain High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and operational documentation.\nEnsure compliance with network security policies, operational standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).\nMentor L1/L2 engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in network operations.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills :\nCisco Catalyst Center / DNAC : Hands-on experience with configuration, monitoring, assurance, provisioning, and troubleshooting.\nCisco Wireless : Strong experience with WLCs, preferably Cisco 9800 series, and Cisco Access Points.\nCisco ISE : Experience with AAA, authentication, authorization, and wireless security integration.\nCisco SD-Access (SDA) : Understanding of architecture, segmentation, and troubleshooting.\nRouting & Switching : Strong knowledge of VLANs, STP, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, and TCP/IP.\nNetwork Services : Working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, AAA, and enterprise network connectivity.\nWireless Troubleshooting : RF analysis, roaming, client onboarding, interference, and coverage optimization.\nNetwork Diagnostics : Experience with packet analysis, incident management, and root cause identification.\n\nExperience Requirements :\n6+ years of overall networking experience.\nMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco DNAC / Catalyst Center and enterprise wireless environments.\nExperience handling L2+ escalations and complex network incidents.\nPractical experience supporting enterprise campus networks and business-critical infrastructure.\n\nPreferred Certifications :\nCCNP Enterprise.\nCisco certifications related to Catalyst Center, SD-Access, or enterprise wireless networking.\n\nGood to Have :\nExperience working in large enterprise environments or managed services organizations.\nExposure to Aruba or Juniper wireless solutions.\nExperience in customer-facing technical support and critical incident management.\nKnowledge of wireless survey tools and RF analysis utilities.\nExperience with network automation and configuration templates.\n\nRequired Soft Skills :\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work in a
