Neogenesis is looking for a motivated and client-focused Account Manager (Junior) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about building relationships, supporting clients, and learning how to manage accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management of client accounts and maintain strong relationships
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests
preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
Monitor account performance and ensure targets are met.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify needs
Help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
0-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
