business processes using RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.\n\nCreate and maintain process documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).\n\nConduct testing, debugging, and implementation of RPA workflows\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions, providing support and maintenance.\n\nContinuously improve automation processes and identify new opportunities for RPA implementation\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n0-1 year of experience in RPA development, or relevant software development experience.\nRPA Developer certifications (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) are preferred.\nExperience in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, .NET, VBScript) is an advantage.\nUnderstanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\nStrong knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).\nKey skills\nRPA Tools Expertise: Proficient in designing, building, and deploying RPA workflows with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.\n\nProgramming & Scripting Skills: Knowledge of at least one programming language like Python, .NET, or Java for more complex automation scenarios.\n\nProcess Mapping: Ability to understand and map complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.\n\nProblem-Solving: Analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve automation-related issues.\n\nDatabase Management: Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other data processing techniques.\n\nAttention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and quality when designing and testing automation solutions.\n\nCommunication Skills: Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively in cross-functional
