This role owns the complete onboarding and induction experience for new joiners, drives internal policy communication, and supports employee engagement and development initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English, highly organized, and comfortable working UK-shift hours from the office. You’ll be the face new joiners meet first - so how well people settle in, and how clearly policy and communication land across the company, is yours to own.\nKey Responsibilities\nOnboarding & Induction\nPlan, coordinate, and conduct end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming joining experience. \nDesign and deliver induction programs covering company culture, policies, tools, and role expectations. \nCoordinate with department heads/managers to align onboarding and induction content with teamspecific requirements. \nAct as the point of contact for new employees during their initial weeks - addressing queries and ensuring a smooth settling-in. \nPolicy & Internal Communications\nDraft, update, and roll out HR policies - clear, compliant, and easily accessible to all employees. \nPrepare and share timely announcements and internal communications (policy updates, events, org changes). \nMaintain accurate documentation and records related to onboarding, induction, and policy acknowledgments. \nTraining Needs & L&D Support\nSupport the L&D team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee-development programs. \nConduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) across teams. \nSupport Training Needs Evaluation (TNE) to measure training effectiveness and close skill gaps. \nEmployee Experience & Reporting\nCollect feedback from new joiners and continuously improve the induction journey. \nTrack onboarding metrics and prepare reports for HR leadership. \nSkills & Experience\nMust-Have\n1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in onboarding, induction, or L&D functions. \nStrong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with employees at all levels. \nMS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort drafting policy/communication documents. \nAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) for tracking onboarding metrics and training reports. \nAI-friendly - comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot) to speed up content drafting, training material, and reporting. \nHighly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple onboarding batches/tasks simultaneously. \nPreferred\nExposure to or interest in TNA/TNE/TNI methodologies for identifying and evaluating training needs. \nPrior experience in a UK-shift, international, or BPO/ITES environment. \nEligibility Criteria\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory and must be completed - candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible. \nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written English is essential - this is a communication-, presentation-, and policy-drafting-heavy role. \n Work mode & shift: Onsite at Neolytix Office, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (work from office; no remote/hybrid). UK shift, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST.
