You’ll work alongside our sales and customer success teams to build and manage developer onboarding, own our customer-facing documentation, and build out new features for our customers. You’ll also shape the direction of the team: manage how the team grows and set the standards for your teammates at Neon.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nYou have 5+ years of experience in partner engineering or a similar customer-facing engineering role.\n\nYou have experience writing and maintaining API documentation for complex technical products.\n\nYou have experience with, and are willing to flex into, full-stack product development to manage specific customer requests.\n\nYou are highly productive, able to take ownership of key initiatives and deliver results.\n\nYou have experience leading teams or projects and enjoy helping others level up their skills.\n\nYou’re located or willing to work from Seoul, South Korea.\n\nMust be fluent in English and Korean\n\nThis is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth company and work alongside some of the brightest minds in gaming, fintech, and tech.
