Request you to share relevant profiles.\nResponsibilities:\nBe responsible for guiding and coaching the QA team: planning sprint work, assigning tasks, tracking progress, removing blockers, and giving clear feedback to help team members grow.\nOwn the quality of assigned modules end-to-end, get involved from requirements to release, and give a data-backed go/no-go view on release readiness.\nBuild a simple, practical test strategy and prioritize testing by risk and business impact: what to test, what to automate, and what to skip.\nSet up and run regular calls with product, developers, and other stakeholders (planning, status, release readiness), and escalate issues early.\nPrioritize bugs by severity and impact, make sure critical bugs are fixed first, and run root-cause analysis on escaped defects to fix process gaps.\nDefine and track testing KPIs (defect leakage, automation coverage, requirement-to-test coverage, flaky test rate, and bug fix time).\nUse AI tools (e. g., ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot) across the testing process: drafting and reviewing test cases, generating test data, finding coverage gaps, summarizing bugs, and validating results.
