Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of backend and frontend developers.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
  • Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular or React.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and conduct technical design reviews.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
