controls meet regulatory and audit requirements.\nDevelop engineering standards, configuration baselines, operational runbooks, and best practices.\nLead, mentor, and manage security engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of security initiatives and continuous improvement.\n\nRequirements: \nMandatory Skills: Security Architect, Cloud Security, Infra Security Assessments, Network Security.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or a related technical discipline.\nA master's degree in information security, engineering, or business is preferred.\n10-12+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure security, cloud security, or platform engineering.\nMinimum 3+ years of experience leading security engineering teams or managing enterprise security programs.\nStrong experience in hybrid cloud and enterprise security architectures.\nExpertise in: Security Engineering and Architecture, Cloud Security, Infrastructure and Network Security, Endpoint Security, Application Security and DevSecOps, Data Protection and Encryption, Security Platform Engineering, Automation and Security Integrations.\nExperience working with enterprise security technologies such as SIEM, IAM, EDR/XDR, DLP, vulnerability management, cloud security, and security automation.\nManufacturing or industrial cybersecurity experience is highly preferred.\nPreferred Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, Cloud Security Specialty (AWS/Azure/GCP), Other equivalent cybersecurity certifications.\nSkills\ncloud security,
