requirements, workflows, integrations, data migration, and advanced configurations.\nIdentify potential risks, dependencies, edge cases, and product gaps during discovery and solution design.\nValidate proposed solutions against current product capabilities, implementation standards, and delivery feasibility.\nClearly document scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.\nProvide solution guidance and support during implementation, including complex workflows, architecture decisions, data strategies, and scope changes.\nServe as an escalation resource for complex or ambiguous customer and implementation requirements.\nSupport partner-led implementations by reviewing solution designs and implementation plans and ensuring consistent quality.\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring implementation challenges, product gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nFacilitate brainstorming and solution-design sessions with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Partner teams.\nHelp develop and improve discovery questions, scoping templates, and solution-design frameworks.\nCoach teams on scalable, supportable solution approaches and best practices.\nStay current on industry trends, product capabilities, and relevant technologies.\nRequirements\n4+ proven experience in a Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, Implementation, or similar role.\nExperience supporting complex customer solutions from discovery through implementation.\nStrong understanding of business software, IT systems, integrations, and technical/functional solution design.\nExperience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to work with customers, executives, Sales, Product, Implementation, and Partner teams.\nAbility to identify risks, challenge assumptions, and recommend scalable solutions.\nStrong understanding of implementation best practices and customer
