professional will be responsible for providing application support, ensuring platform stability and service continuity, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating closely with business and technical teams to improve operational efficiency and service quality.\nWhat you will do\nProvide application support for critical payment processing platforms and ensure service availability;\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand workflows, operational processes, and IT support needs;\nInvestigate incidents, identify root causes, coordinate resolutions, and monitor application performance;\nMaintain operational documentation, share knowledge with team members, and support training activities;\nDevelop scripts and automation solutions to improve recurring operational tasks and enhance team efficiency.\nWhat you are like\nProficient in application support within enterprise or financial services environments;\nStrong knowledge of Oracle SQL and experience analysing and
