Overview:\nWe are looking for Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to integrate our teams in a highly technical environment, focused on the execution, evolution and optimisation of the Digital Workplace.\nThis is a hands-on role with a high level of autonomy, where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating and maintaining modern workplace solutions, ensuring a secure, reliable and efficient digital experience for end users, supported by Microsoft 365, modern endpoint management and automation.\n\nWhat you will do:\nExecute and continuously evolve the modern device lifecycle management (Windows and Android), ensuring stability, performance, compliance and scalability;\nImplement, configure and optimise Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions, including configuration profiles, security baselines, update management and compliance policies;\nPerform technical and automated vulnerability remediation, focusing on permanent fixes, recurrence reduction and operational improvement;\nDesign and develop advanced automation and self-healing mechanisms using PowerShell and AI-driven approaches;\nManage and secure mobile and specialised devices (PDAs, tablets and operational devices), ensuring data protection and application control;\nAdminister and optimise Microsoft 365 components, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams;\nProactively monitor Digital Workplace performance, availability and quality, acting on complex incidents and technical problems;\nProduce and maintain clear, structured and reusable technical documentation.\n\nWhat you are like:\nA senior, hands-on technical profile with strong autonomy and execution focus in Digital / Modern Workplace or End-User Computing environments;\nHighly proficient in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory environments;\nSkilled in PowerShell for automation, identity management and Conditional Access, with good knowledge of DNS, SMTP and MDM tools;\nExperienced in designing automation, remediation solutions and reducing manual operational dependency;\nComfortable working with networking fundamentals and Linux systems;\nAnalytical, detail-oriented and capable of solving complex technical problems;\nA strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with support, infrastructure and service
