This role combines technical leadership, team mentorship, and delivery management, with a strong focus on modern frontend and mobile development using React and React Native.\nYou will lead a squad of engineers, drive end-to-end delivery, promote engineering excellence, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable, high-quality solutions. Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Platform teams, you will play a key role in shaping technical decisions while fostering a high-performing and accountable engineering culture.\n\nWhat you will do:\nLead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, promoting technical excellence and continuous growth;\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of squad initiatives, ensuring alignment, predictability, and successful execution of commitments;\nAct as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and driving continuous improvement practices;\nDefine and guide frontend and mobile architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and consistency across platforms;\nPromote engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, security standards, and quality assurance processes;\nCollaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and Platform teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions;\nDrive the adoption of modern development methodologies and contribute to the evolution of engineering frameworks and standards;\nEnsure seamless integration with backend services, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platforms.\n\nWhat you are like:\nExperienced in leading software engineering teams and driving the successful delivery of digital products;\nProficient in React, React Native, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript development practices;\nStrong understanding of frontend architecture, state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or similar), and mobile application design principles;\nKnowledgeable in cloud-native environments, particularly Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps;\nComfortable working with APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems;\nExperienced in Agile and Scrum environments, with the ability to coordinate teams and facilitate delivery processes;\nFamiliar with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerisation technologies, and modern software development practices;\nStrong ownership mindset, execution-oriented approach, and commitment to quality, scalability, and engineering standards;\nExcellent
