JobSummary:

WearelookingforaskilledServiceEngineertojoinourteaminMalaysia,

focusingonoverseastechnicalsupportforourcustomers.Theideal

candidatewillhaveexperienceinSMT(SurfaceMountTechnology)

equipmentorelectronicsmanufacturing,befluentinbothChineseand

English,andbewillingtotravelinternationallyasrequired.Overseaswork

experienceishighlypreferred.

Responsibilities:

Provideon-siteinstallation,commissioning,maintenance,and

troubleshootingforSMTandelectronicsmanufacturingequipmentat

customersites,bothinMalaysiaandoverseas.

Deliverremoteandon-sitetechnicalsupporttointernationalcustomers,

ensuringtimelyandeffectiveproblemresolution.

Conductequipmenttraining,technicalpresentations,andhands-on

demonstrationsforcustomersinChineseandEnglish.

Preparedetailedservicereports,documentation,andfeedbackforinternal

teamsandclients.

Coordinateandcommunicatebetweenheadquarters,regionaloffices,and

customerstoensuresmoothprojectexecution.

Supportnewequipmentrollout,upgrades,andpreventivemaintenance

activitiesglobally.

Assistwithsparepartsmanagement,warrantyclaims,andescalationof

complextechnicalissues.

Maintainup-to-datetechnicalknowledgeonSMTandrelatedautomation

products.

Ensurecompliancewithcompanysafety,quality,andservicestandards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’sdegreeoraboveinElectrical/Electronic/MechanicalEngineering

orrelatedfield.

2+yearsofexperienceinserviceengineering,technicalsupport,orrelated

roles;SMTorelectronicsmanufacturingequipmentexperiencehighly

preferred.

Overseasworkexperienceorpreviousinternationalprojectsupportisa

strongadvantage.

Fluentinboth(Mandarin)andEnglish,withexcellentwrittenandverbal

communicationskills."WearelookingforMandarin-speakingcandidates

whowillbeservingMandarin-speakingcustomers."

Strongtroubleshooting,analytical,andproblem-solvingabilities.

Willingandabletotravelinternationally(upto50%ofthetime,sometimes

onshortnotice).

Abilitytoworkindependentlyinmulticulturalandremoteenvironments.

Goodinterpersonalandcustomerserviceskills;proactiveandresponsible

attitude.

Validpassportandabilitytoobtainvisasasrequired.

Preferred:

ExperiencewithSMTequipmentbrands(e.g.,Fuji,Panasonic,Yamaha,ASM,

Juki,etc.)

KnowledgeofMES,ERP,orsmartmanufacturingsystems.

FamiliaritywithSoutheastAsia,Europe,orotherkeyregions’electronics

industryenvironment.
