Our holistic approach and deep experience ensure your move to the cloud will be smooth, productive, and secure.\nJob Description\nA Neovera Senior Offensive Security Consultant uses a variety of tools and techniques to identify vulnerabilities in client networks, applications, and systems, then exploit these vulnerabilities to demonstrate the impact and risk of each issue found. Additionally, Senior Offensive Security Consultants provide guidance to clients on remediation and overall systems security. Senior Offensive Security Consultants may work independently or as part of an engagement team to provide relevant and accurate reports and recommendations to clients.\nResponsibilities\nPrimary responsibilities include:\nConduct Penetration Testing engagements against a variety of environments and applications\n\nTravel as needed to client sites for onsite testing. This fis generally 5-15% depending on engagement requirements\n\nPerform reconnaissance and OSINT gathering\n\nCreate, develop, and modify scripts to accomplish engagement goals\n\nResearch and stay abreast of known attack and exploit methodologies\n\nConduct Web Application Assessments, physical Penetration Tests, and Purple Team Assessments\n\nWrite accurate and professional report deliverables\n\nMentor and provide guidance to other Senior Offensive Security Consultants\n\nSecondary responsibilities include:\nPerform other security assessments as needed, such as vulnerability scans, social engineering, and other security reviews\n\nAssist and advise in the technical sales process\n\nAssist with the creation and implementation of new services\n\nAssist with internal IT projects and tasks as needed\n\nQualifications\nCandidates for the Senior Offensive Security Consultant position should possess:\n7+ years relevant Information Security experience, or demonstrated skills and abilities\nDemonstrated ability to develop and contribute to services, tools, and procedures\nStrong knowledge of penetration testing and other security related tools and techniques\nStrong knowledge of Information Security\nStrong Linux command line skills\nExperience with Tenable Nessus and other vulnerability scanning tools\nIn-depth knowledge and experience with a broad range of information technology including, but not limited to:Various Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX, etc.)\nScripting and programming languages (Python, Javascript, HTML, etc.)\nNetworking protocols and services\nActive Directory\nFirewall, WAF, IDS, IPS\nAntimalware and Antispam filtering and evasion\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to relay complex concepts to both technical and non-technical clients\nProfessional demeaner and mindset\nStrong analytical skills and attention to
