B. Affinitäts- und SEC-HPLC, Elektrophorese\n\n Entwicklung und Durchführung immunologischer Testmethoden (z. B. ELISA, Durchflusszytometrie, komplementvermittelte Zytotoxizität)\n\n Prüfung von Labordaten (Vollständigkeit, Einhaltung von Akzeptanzkriterien, korrekte Übertragung von Rohdaten/Ergebnissen)\n\n Durchführung von Validierungs- und Qualifizierungstätigkeiten und Auswertung von Dokumentationen\n\n Labororganisation wie Bestellwesen, Bestandsüberprüfung, Abfallentsorgung etc.\n\n Anforderungsprofil\n\n Abschluss als Technischer Assistent (m/w/d)(CTA, VTA, BTA, PTA, MTA)\n\n Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in Forschung und Entwicklung\n\n Gute praktische Kenntnisse in der Aufreinigung (Fällung, Chromatographie, Filtration, Crossflow-Diafiltration) von biologisch aktiven Proteinen insbesondere Antikörpern.\n\n Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung immunologischer, zellbasierter, proteinchemischer Analysenmethoden.\n\n Sichere Anwendung in der Spezialsoftware (z. B. Magellan, PLA, TableCurve, FACSDiva, Chromeleon, Unicorn) und von Windows und MS-Office-Anwendungen (v. a.
