risks, and act early\nIdentify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with sales\nCoordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or client services\nExcellent spoken and written English, confident with U.S. executives\nStrong relationship-building and problem-solving skills\nExperience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce\nHighly organized, able to manage multiple accounts at once\nAvailability to work U.S. business hours\nBased in the Philippines, with a reliable home office
