That means architecture, production code, deployment, and iteration. You take ambiguous problems directly from the founder and architect the solution. You don't wait for fully scoped tickets. You question scope, challenge assumptions, and propose better approaches.\nSystems run on agentic operating platforms and internal MCP-based knowledge tools. Requirements shift often, so you design for flexibility and move fast. You own the technical decisions that determine whether clients get real value or a proof of concept that never ships.\nThis is an architecture and implementation role. You translate business problems into technical solutions and make sure those solutions work at scale.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and build AI-native systems end-to-end, from architecture through production\nWrite production code in Node.js and Python, and build interfaces in React and TypeScript\nOwn deployment on Azure, including CI/CD pipelines that support fast iteration\nBuild agentic systems using LLM tool-use, MCP, and agent runtimes\nWork directly with the founder to define problems and shape the approach\nDocument your work so the team can build on it\nRequirements\n8+ years of strong full-stack experience with Node.js, Python, React, and TypeScript\nHands-on cloud infrastructure experience, ideally Azure, with solid CI/CD fundamentals\nReal production experience with LLM tool-use, agent runtimes, or MCP-style patterns\nExperience in small teams or startup environments where you owned the full stack\nComfort with ambiguity. You move without waiting for perfect requirements\nWillingness to push back.
