scales\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in operations, call center, or team management\nProven experience leading teams in a performance-driven environment\nAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)\nExcellent spoken and written English, confident presenting to U.S. stakeholders\nExperience with CRM, ticketing, and telephony tools\nStrong ownership mindset and attention to detail\nBased in Argentina, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection\nNice to Have\nExperience in a BPO or outsourcing environment\nExperience in healthcare,
