within customer portals\nPopulate and maintain shipment information in NetSuite templates\nPrepare and distribute daily pickup summary reports\nManage missed pickups through resolution and communicate updates to stakeholders\nEnsure accurate entry and maintenance of purchase orders, ship dates, freight classes, and shipment details\nMeet a 2-hour SLA for carrier communications\nNavigate multiple customer portals, NetSuite, and dock scheduling systems while adhering to customer-specific requirements\nRequirements\nStrong professional written communication skills\nExperience handling high-volume email correspondence\nExcellent attention to detail and data accuracy\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to work across multiple systems and platforms simultaneously\nExperience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, order management, or operations support is preferred\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment\nPerformance
