You will build, maintain, and optimize Webflow projects end to end, from design handoff to launch.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and maintain responsive Webflow sites from Figma or design files\nOwn site architecture, CMS structure, and content modeling in Webflow\nOptimize for page speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals\nImplement custom interactions and animations using Webflow native tools and custom code\nIntegrate third party tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, forms, chat widgets)\nCollaborate with design and marketing on landing pages, campaign sites, and SEO pages\nTroubleshoot bugs and cross browser issues\nSet up and manage staging environments and publishing workflows\nDocument site structure and maintain a component library for reuse\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience building production sites in Webflow\nStrong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript beyond the Webflow visual editor\nExperience with custom code embeds, API integrations, and Webflow CMS at scale\nA portfolio of live Webflow projects you can walk us through\nComfort working directly with marketing and leadership stakeholders\nStrong English communication skills, written and verbal\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects at once\nNice to Have:\nExperience with SEO best practices and technical SEO audits\nFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms\nBasic design
