You will build, maintain, and optimize Webflow projects end to end, from design handoff to launch. Responsibilities: Build and maintain responsive Webflow sites from Figma or design files Own site architecture, CMS structure, and content modeling in Webflow Optimize for page speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals Implement custom interactions and animations using Webflow native tools and custom code Integrate third party tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, forms, chat widgets) Collaborate with design and marketing on landing pages, campaign sites, and SEO pages Troubleshoot bugs and cross browser issues Set up and manage staging environments and publishing workflows Document site structure and maintain a component library for reuse Requirements 4+ years of experience building production sites in Webflow Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript beyond the Webflow visual editor Experi
