The solution acts as a hub, a central repository and a user-oriented data management tool for data used or produced by financial institutions.\n\nNeoXam IBOR: a uniquely independent and flexible Investment Book of Record, designed to provide Asset Managers with a single, comprehensive, and robust source of continuously up-to-date positions, valuations and forecasts, with increased quality, under multiple views.\n\nNeoXam Impress: an integrated solution for performance, attribution and reporting packs; flexible calculation methodologies including Modified Dietz, Brinson-Fachler; customizable workflows & templates to generate reports in corporate color themes, based on graphics and content; GIPS compliance. The solution could be standalone or connected to NeoXam Datahub & IBOR.\n\nNeoXam ARO: a flexible, scalable framework that adapts to changing market conditions, shortens implementation time, and enables rapid data adoption. More than just reconciliation, Aro is a comprehensive platform for total data control.\n\nYour Missions\nBe the liaison of the software development teams located in the companies HQ in France, and to manage APAC support\n\nBe with his/her team, the first technical point of contact for NeoXam’s clients in APAC and provide product support expertise.\n\nBe the technical support for the sales consultancy team in the sales phase, and to consultancy team during the project implementation phase.\n\nManaging the internal copies of the client environments\n\nPerforming the first level of analysis: anomalies, technical evolutions, reproduction of problems\n\nBe responsible to solve client issues from the first analysis and reproduction to the development of a software fix in Java and the management of support tickets.\n\nBe responsible with the software support team to document Datahub knowledge and features from a software support point of view.\n\nManage the day-to-day work of the APAC Support service (taking over new support tickets, participating in conference calls, relationship with other teams…).\n\nManage performance optimisation request from Customer or Project in link with R&D team if required.\n\nMonitors and manages cloud resources and performance to ensure they are meeting production goals.\n\nTroubleshoots issues with cloud-based solutions and services, and implements enhancements and fixes when necessary.\n\nPlan and implement the migration of data and other information to the cloud\n\nBe part of Cloud discussion and customer migrations.\n\nManage technical installation or upgrade of the solutions.\n\nYour Profile\nEngineering School, Degree / Master’s degree or equivalent.\n\n4-6 years of working experience with Financial software implementation and/or support and IT Projects in the banking / financial industry.\n\nKnowledgeable in: XML APIs, Webservices (SOAP/REST), Web Application servers (Tomcat/JBoss/Webphere), Messaging, HMI SWING or SWT, OS (Unix and Windows), DBMS (Oracle, or SqlServe).\n\nKnowledgeable in development tools (Eclipse...) and the Scrum/Agile methodology.\n\nKnowledgeable in versioning tools like Git.\n\nKnowledgeable in Unix commands.\n\nAbility to do peer reviews and assess code.\n\nAbility to analyze, design and develop software with high operating constraints (robustness, performance, etc.)\n\nIndependent, with own initiative and good interpersonal skills and are concerned about the quality of service provided\n\nProactive and a real team player\n\nFluent in
