As the initiative matures, you will have the opportunity to shape standards adopted across engineering.\nWhat You Will Work On\nDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support multiple engineering teams and products\nProvision and manage cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent) across environments\nDeploy, operate, and scale containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes\nBuild monitoring, logging, and alerting systems that give engineering and support teams real visibility into production health\nAutomate configuration management, release processes, and routine operational tasks to reduce manual toil\nDefine and enforce security, access control, and secrets management practices across the infrastructure (DevSecOps)\nContinuously improve system reliability, deployment speed, and cost efficiency based on real usage and incidents\nWhat We Are Looking For\n3-7 years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience\nMust have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nStrong scripting ability in Python, Bash, or Go for automation\nHands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools, Terraform preferred\nSolid understanding of CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)\nExperience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)\nWorking knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or
