Windows 10/11 and macOS\n\nAdminister and support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Office 365\n\nSupport Microsoft 365 applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams\n\nWork with Entra ID for device join/hybrid join issues, user/device group membership, and role-based access control (RBAC).\n\nManage mailbox permissions, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, resource mailboxes, and email flow issues.\n\nAssist with user provisioning and deprovisioning, including Azure AD-based user identity management.\n\nEnroll, configure, and support mobile devices (Android/iOS) using Intune and Jamf\n\nHandle support tickets via Jira, ensuring timely resolution and communication\n\nTroubleshoot basic network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)\n\nSupport and maintain printers and printing services\n\nManage video conferencing rooms and equipment (Teams/Cisco RoomBar, Yealink)\n\nDeliver high-quality and responsive support to VIP and Executive users\n\nMaintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base\n\nTechnical Requirements\nAt least 3 years of experience in an IT Support or Desktop Support role\n\nSolid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Office 365\n\nComfortable supporting Windows and macOS platforms\n\nExperience with mobile devices and MDM tools\n\nFamiliarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting\n\nWorking knowledge of ticketing tools (Jira preferred)\n\nFluent in spoken and written English\n\nSoft Skills\nCustomer-oriented mindset: You enjoy helping people and delivering a positive user experience\n\nProblem-solving approach: You analyze issues methodically and propose effective, lasting solutions\n\nStrong communication: You can explain
