В целях расширение штата в связи с производственной необходимостью ищем в компанию - подрядчика Росатома Руководителя направления исполнения договоров.

Цель должности - контроль исполнения заключенных договоров, надлежащее исполнение договорных обязательств по российским и зарубежным проектам.

Обязанности:

- Организация работы по контролю исполнения договорных обязательств по российским и зарубежным проектам (EPC, договоры строительного подряда, поставки).

- Взаимодействие со смежными структурными подразделениями по обеспечению исполнения договорных условий.

- Организация претензионно-исковой работы.

- Организация судебных процессов, реестра судебных дел по российским проектам.

Требования:
  • Высшее юридическое образование.
  • Опыт работы по организации контроля и исполнения договорных обязательств Компании не менее 5 лет (строительство, инжиниринг).
  • Опыт работы с контрольными и надзорными органами РФ обязателен.
Условия:
  • Москва, Полянка, офисный вариант работы (8 - 17).
  • Бессрочный договор, заработная плата обсуждается.
