systems that support operational continuity, privacy, and organizational safety requirements.\n Key Accountability Areas\nKey Activities\nNetwork Design & Implementation\nImplement network designs and configurations (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs) following architecture blueprints and change control.\n\nDeploy and validate network services for new applications/environments (on-prem and cloud connectivity), ensuring design intent is realized in production.\n\nInfrastructure Operations & Monitoring (Network & CCTV)\nOperate and maintain network and CCTV infrastructure, monitoring health, performance, and capacity, and responding to alerts to meet SLAs.\n\nPerform routine checks (connectivity, device health, storage, firmware) and take proactive corrective actions to ensure service continuity.\n\nTune monitoring thresholds, maintain dashboards, and provide operational telemetry to enable rapid detection and resolution of issues.\n\nPerformance, Capacity & Availability Management\nExecute capacity planning inputs and performance tuning (QoS, load balancing, bandwidth optimization) to ensure high availability and low-latency operations.\n\nSupport high-availability designs, failover testing, and resilience planning to meet defined RTO/RPO and service availability targets.\n\nIncident, Change & Configuration Management\nAct as escalationpoint for L2/L3 incidents across network and CCTV domains; perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.\n\nCoordinate with change and release processes to ensure safe deployments and minimize operational risk.\n\nMaintain accurate configuration items in CMDB and enforce configuration baselines through controlled change management.\n\nCCTV Design, Installation & Commissioning\nImplement and commission surveillance solutions (cameras, encoders, NVRs/VMS), ensuring installations follow approved architecture and site standards.\n\nValidate camera placement, lighting, and coverage for operational effectiveness and ensure systems are handover-ready with acceptance criteria met.\n\nNetwork & Storage Integration (CCTV & Enterprise Connectivity)\nConfigure and maintain network segmentation, VLANs, QoS, and bandwidth profiles to support both enterprise traffic and video streams without service degradation.\n\nManage integration of CCTV systems with network and storage platforms (on-prem and cloud), including storage allocation and retention configurations.\n\nSecurity, Compliance & Audit\nImplement and enforce security controls across network and CCTV environments (firewalls, segmentation, VPNs, encryption, access controls).\n\nApply hardening baselines, support vulnerability remediation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (including privacy and retention).\n\nProduce audit evidence and maintain traceability of configurations, access, and changes.\n\nCCTV Operations, Maintenance & Disaster Recovery\nMonitor CCTV platform health, troubleshoot device and recording issues, and ensure retention and archival policies are enforced.\n\nMaintain backup and restore procedures for VMS and camera configurations and participate in disaster recovery testing for surveillance systems.\n\nReporting, Documentation & Vendor Management\nProvide regular updates to the IT Infrastructure Section Head on infrastructure health, risks, performance, and operational metrics.\n\nMaintain runbooks, topology diagrams, configuration baselines, and knowledge artifacts to support consistent operations.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers for support, firmware upgrades, hardware replacements, and escalations.\n\nCollaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to ensure integrated and efficient service delivery.\n\nPolicies, Processes and Procedures\nConduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures\n\nContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into accountleading practices, changes in business environment, cost reductionand productivity improvement.\n\n QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS\nKnowledge and Experience\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Digital Network, or equivalent is required.\n\nEducation and Certifications\nA bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or equivalent is required.\n\nPreferred certifications :in infrastructure and architecture, including Cisco CCNP, Fortinet, data center and SD-WAN technologies, VMware networking, ITIL, and CompTIA Network+/Security+/A+, security
