non-compliance items\nDetermine and highlight project changes and action plan accordingly\nLead a portfolio of project and program management services (project and program analysis, project and program execution, project, and program delivery) for the ITOT department\nSupervise manage project and program budget and cost, resource allocation, and reallocations\nPrioritize programs and projects based on changing functional needs, resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and interdependencies\nCommunicate status of the project and program portfolio to relevant stakeholders\nKeep the defined and the document of project scope, project targets/objectives to translate desired business benefits into clear and achievable project objectives\nManage the scope for improvement in strategic project management processes such as (Infrastructure services projects, service delivery processes, etc.) and project performance, drawing out lessons learned and recommends changes where necessary, ensure motivation and a drive for excellence are built in the project management and delivery\nEnsure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project\nAssess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable\nCreate a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective\nPolicies, Processes and Procedures\nConduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures\nContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement\n Knowledge and Experience\nMinimum 3 years of experience in IT.\nProficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications\nWorking knowledge of applicable laws and standards in the industry\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExceptional research and reporting skills\nKnowledge of project analysis in a related field \nEducation and Certifications\nA Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field is
