ensure platforms deliver measurable business value.\n\nOperational Excellence & Service Reliability\nEnsure the stability, availability, and performance of platforms by applying ITSM practices and proactive capacity planning.\n\nOversee incidents, changes, and releases, embedding continuous monitoring and improvement practices.\n\nIntegration & Interoperability Enablement\nManage platform integrations with ERP, data, analytics, and third-party systems using approved enterprise standards.\n\nValidate API design, middleware flows, and data models to ensure consistent, secure, and reliable connectivity.\n\nCompliance, Security & Configuration Control\nMaintain configuration baselines, enforce access controls, and ensure platforms comply with enterprise security and audit requirements.\n\nProvide audit-ready documentation, traceability for changes, and evidence of compliance for all platforms.\nStakeholder & Vendor Engagement\nAct as the single point of contact for business stakeholders and vendors on assigned platforms.\n\nManage requirements trade-offs, validate releases with users, and ensure vendor deliverables meet enterprise standards.\n\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nProvide regular updates on roadmap progress, operational metrics, risks, and issues.\n\nEscalate blockers and dependencies requiring Section Head or enterprise-level intervention.\n\nMaintain platform runbooks, design patterns, and documentation in the enterprise knowledge base.\n\nDrive improvement initiatives to enhance usability, performance, and cost-efficiency of the platforms.\n\nPolicies, Processes and Procedures\nConduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures\n\nContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement.\n\n Knowledge and Experience\nNo prior experience is required.\n\nEducation and Certifications\nA bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or equivalent is required.\n\nPreferable certifications: in enterprise platforms and application ecosystems, including ITSM platform certifications (i.e., ServiceNow Administrator or ITSM Implementation Specialist) , Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or SAFe, to support modern delivery practices across enterprise platforms and integration
