To liaise with appropriate cross-team members and vendors when required.\nDerive processes and SOPs for implementation such as Method of Procedures (MOP).\nDevelop test cases and conduct hardware & software regression tests on new software/hardware prior to deployment or proof of concept of solutions.\nPerform configuration change for network enhancement and validation of new service/feature.\nPerform technical professional services for projects including high/low level design documents (HLD/LLD), design validation test (DVT), implementation, commissioning, acceptance test, migration and system documentation.\nPerform periodic preventive maintenance on customers’ networks.\nPrepare reports and documentations outlining findings and solutions when required.\nContinually research new technologies and educational opportunities.\nRequirements\nTertiary education in Computer Networks or Information Technology.\nPossess an analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and cope with pressure.\nAble to work flexi hours.\nAbility to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.\nPossess technical certifications in Routing/Switching/Security/Wireless/Data Center domains will be an added advantage.\nKnowledge and hands on experience in the following areas:\nIP network services and solutioning for Telcos, ISP, Mobile, Broadband Service Providers.\nLAN/WAN technologies such as VLANs, STP/RSTP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP4, MPLS-TE, MPLS-VPN, CGNAT, Segment Routing, QoS, Multicast, 802.1x, IPv6.
