This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who can translate business and customer challenges into decisive product actions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build products that deliver tangible value.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities—from initial discovery through launch and ongoing iterations.\n\n Lead customer discovery, research, and validation efforts to uncover high-impact problems worth solving.\n\n Convert customer and business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.\n\n Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, data insights, and technical feasibility.\n\n Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure effective product delivery.\n\n Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear execution priorities at all times.\n\n Define and track key performance indicators covering adoption, engagement, retention, and overall business outcomes.\n\n Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market trends to continuously refine and enhance products.\n\n Lead product launches and drive post-launch adoption, iteration, and improvements.\n\n Identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and maintain alignment across all teams.\n\n Mentor other Product Managers and promote strong product management practices throughout the organization.\n\nSuccess Metrics\nYour performance will be measured by product outcomes, not activity alone.
